CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.

We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment; in the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was missed. Unattended appointments that were not confirmed to be cancelled are included under this policy. 

Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.  

PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of the current health climate, all sales are final during this time unless there was a quality problem with a product at the time of purchase.
